Tweed Holiday Parks is very excited that the NSW Government has commenced with the reopening of the state. Over the next few months, the NSW Roadmap, NSW Public Orders and our CovidSafe Plan will guide Tweed Holiday Parks and our Park Managers on appropriately operating the holiday parks.
For our NSW customers, we know you are really really ready to take that long awaited holiday and our team is very excited about welcoming you back to the parks and the Tweed Region.
But….before you make a holiday booking at one of our seven parks there are some things you need to know about the reopening, which commenced on 11 October 2021.
Unvaccinated adults are not allowed to take a holiday or undertake recreation outside the local government area (LGA) in which they reside.
Travel holidays between regional local government areas are permitted for the vaccinated.
Persons residing in Greater Sydney are not allowed to take a holiday or undertake recreation outside Greater Sydney until 1 November 2021.
Persons residing outside Greater Sydney are not allowed to take a holiday or undertake recreation in Greater Sydney until 1 November 2021.
Persons under 16 years of age who are not vaccinated may be in the park if they are accompanied by a person who is a member of their household who is a vaccinated person.
Tweed Holiday Parks will be asking everyone to do the following:
Guests and visitors will be required to check-in via the Service NSW App. The QR Code will be located at reception and on the entry to the holiday park.
You and your visitors will be asked to complete a basic declaration to confirm that you understand the current government advice.
Masks & social distancing are still necessary at reception, in the camp kitchens and in the amenity blocks.
For safety, only vaccinated guests can use the swimming pools.
Games rooms will remain closed for now.

Our flexible booking policy will also give you peace of mind, notify us 72 hours prior to arrival and you will be able to change the date of your booking.
If you live in another state, however, it may be worth checking your state restrictions prior to making a booking at one of our parks.
NSW has reached the 80% vaccincation milsetone earlier than anticipated and the good news is that as of 1 November 2021 we can welcome back even more of our holiday park customers from across NSW. Looking forward to seeing you all very soon. 😀
