The promoter of this prize draw is Tweed Holiday Parks, located at 5 Dry Dock Road, Tweed Heads South, NSW 2486, Australia ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

• The promotion commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on Monday, 23 March 2026 and closes at 5:00pm (AEDT) Sunday, 29 March 2026 ("Promotion Period").
• Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must be subscribed to the Promoter’s mailing list during the Promotion Period.

• Entry is automatic upon subscribing to the Promoter’s mailing list during the Promotion Period.
• Additional entries are automatic upon Following & Tagging the Promotor's Facebook and/or Instagram page
• No purchase is necessary.

• The draw will take place at 10:00am (AEDT) Wednesday, 1 April 2026 at 5 Dry Dock Road, Tweed Heads South, NSW 2486.
• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be notified via the email address used to subscribe within 3 days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• The prize consists of a weekend getaway (2 consecutive nights) at one of the Promoter’s parks.
• The specific park location will be selected by the Promoter or agreed with the winner, subject to availability.
• The prize includes accommodation only unless otherwise stated.
• The prize does not include travel, meals, spending money, insurance, or any additional expenses unless expressly stated.
• The stay must be taken within 12 months of the draw date and is subject to availability and standard booking terms.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• The maximum value of the prize is $500

• The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and suburb/state for promotional purposes.
• The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw.

• By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be added to the Promoter’s mailing list (if not already subscribed).
• Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
